Happy New Year

So we decided to go as Elizabeth Swan and Commander James Norrington from Pirates of the Caribbean! It was quite funny, we walked into a pub and suddenly we heard all this booing! We then realised we saw loads of pirates and they didn’t like the British Royal Navy and East India Trading Company (their enemies!) All friendly banter as you can imagine! We had great fun and took pics of lots of different costumes, some definitely needing explaining what or why they had chosen that costume. I was confused by a hunter in a cage with a gorilla holding it, so if anyone can explain this that would be great! Lol!  

We then went to the clock on the beach and counted down and then saw some fun fireworks that random people were setting off (hopefully by sober people!) 

New Year’s Day, we literally haven’t moved really from the sofa! It was a good night but I’m feeling so tired and have a banging headache, clearly getting too old for late nights!

After watching an HP: Order of the Phoenix, I feel slightly better! 

This year I hope to fulfill my dreams of becoming a mum and finally sorting the house out! I am very grateful for my gift of my transplant making it possible to even think of having children! I welcome 2018 with open arms, watch this space!
